Complaints

Oasis Academy John Williams is committed to working closely with all members of the school community. We want to work with you to resolve any concerns or complaints you may have about the academy.

Please follow this process for making a complaint:

Step 1 - please complete this quick and simple Initial Complaints Form so that we can resolve your concerns as soon as possible. 

Step 2 -  if the matter has not been resolved it may be necessary to follow the formal complaints procedure. You will need to put your complaints in writing using the below document and either bring it in to the school or email it to info@oasisjohnwilliams.org. Alternatively, you can post it to Oasis Academy John Williams, Petherton Road, BS14 9BU
